We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales professionals to join our Agency Vertical team at Pbpartners. The role involves selling insurance products across Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential agents and partners to expand the network.
- Drive sales for Motor/ Life/ Health or Commercial Line insurance products through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide training and support to agents to help them achieve sales targets.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales, specifically in insurance products (Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines).
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency network is a plus.
