As a Counsellor ,your primary objective is to drive sales for our training programs by effectively communicating the value proposition to potential candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conducting sales activities for the training program.
• Achieving monthly sales targets ranging from 15k to 25k.
• Embracing a hybrid work model based in Vile Parle.
• Handling inquiries and providing information about the training programs.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.
• Implementing incentive-driven strategies to enhance performance.
• Outcomes of Position:**

Successful candidates will contribute to the growth of our training programs, meet or exceed sales targets, and build strong connections with potential participants.

• Competencies:**
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Previous experience in the service industry or telecalling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confidence and accuracy in interactions.
• Ability to connect with people effectively.
