Role Description

The Business Setup Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey for clients looking to establish and operate businesses in the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai combining both sales and business setup operations.

The Specialist will engage with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, advise them on suitable company structures and jurisdictions, and convert qualified opportunities into customers. This includes conducting consultations, preparing quotations and proposals, following up with leads, and working towards individual and team sales targets.

On the operational side, the Specialist will manage the end-to-end company formation process, including documentation, applications, licensing, approvals, visas, amendments, renewals, and coordination with relevant Free Zones, government authorities, and external service providers.

The role requires ownership of the client relationship from the initial consultation through successful incorporation and post-setup support. The Specialist will maintain accurate records, monitor application progress, proactively resolve issues, and provide clients with clear updates throughout the process.

The Specialist will also work closely with Peko's sales, operations, partnerships, finance, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional Peko business services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to understand client requirements, present suitable solutions, negotiate effectively, and convert opportunities into customers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to advise clients, explain company formation processes clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should have a good understanding of UAE business setup and company formation, including Mainland and Free Zone structures, licensing requirements, and incorporation procedures.

Get Hired
• Experience handling company formation documentation, licence applications, establishment cards, visas, amendments, renewals, and related operational processes is preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable managing the complete sales and operational lifecycle, from lead qualification and consultation through to company incorporation and post-setup support.
• Experience in business setup, corporate services, company formation, PRO services, or a similar client-facing role within the UAE is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE government authorities, Free Zones, licensing procedures, corporate structures, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, applications, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales and customer records is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
