Digital Marketing Specialist

You will be tasked with developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising. Your role will also involve creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms that resonate with the brand voice and messaging. Additionally, you will be required to conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO), analyze campaign data to measure performance, and identify areas for enhancement.

Collaboration with other teams, including sales and product development, will be essential to ensure messaging and branding consistency. Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and techniques will be crucial for continually enhancing campaign performance. Managing relationships with clients and external vendors, including advertising agencies and freelance contractors, will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will develop and oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.

To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and implementation. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and techniques such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising is essential. Strong communication and writing skills are necessary to create compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging. Additionally, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and metrics for performance measurement and improvement identification.

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools, is required. Familiarity with digital marketing automation software, web design, and development tools is advantageous. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, as well as exceptional communication and writing skills, are vital for success in this role.

Nice-to-have qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools such as Dreamweaver.
