US IT/Non-IT Recruiter

• We are looking for a motivated US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based positions.
• Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Understand job requirements, technical skills, and JDs.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of US IT/Non-IT recruitment.
• Willingness to work in US time zones/night shifts.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
