Data Analyst - Risk/Collection/Portfolio Analytics - BFSI

About the job We're currently hiring for one of our BFSI clients: Role: Data Analyst - Risk/Collection/Portfolio Analytics Reporting To: Head of Analytics Experience: 4–8 Years Payroll: Company Payroll Key Responsibilities: Extract, clean, transform and analyse data to identify trends and business insights. Provide analytics support across Risk, Collections, Portfolio, Operations and Sales. Analyse credit bureau, risk and collection data to recommend business improvements. Develop and customise reports, dashboards and presentations as per business requirements. Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of analytical reports. Proactively identify portfolio trends and share actionable findings with stakeholders. Work with business and technology teams to resolve data and implementation issues. Translate analytical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python/R, Excel and VBA. Experience in Risk Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, Collections Analytics or Bureau Analytics. Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and engage with business stakeholders. Understanding of mortgage business is preferred. Experience & Qualification: 4–8 years of analytics experience in financial services, risk, operations, collections, mortgage or insurance. Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations Research or Data Science. Experience in BFSI is preferred.
