Senior Manager - HR Business Partner

Role Overview:

Looking for a Senior Manager-HRBP role with one of the leading NBFCs.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with functional heads and business leaders across Corporate Functions, Prime Home Loans, and New Products to understand business goals and translate them into actionable HR and people strategies.
• People Management & Leadership: Directly lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of HR professionals. Build a high-performing HR BP team dedicated to operational excellence and business enablement.
• Organization Design & Workforce Planning: Lead headcount planning, organizational structure design, and skill mapping to support business expansion, particularly for agile teams under New Products.
• Performance Management & Compensation Alignment: Drive the annual and quarterly performance management cycles (OKRs/KPIs), ensuring performance differentiation, incentive structuring alignment, and structured growth conversations.
• Talent Management & Succession Planning: Identify high-potential talent, design capability-building interventions, and implement robust succession plans for critical corporate and business roles.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture across teams. Conduct regular pulse checks, design retention strategies, and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience.
• Talent Acquisition Synergies: Work seamlessly with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Field Visits: Undertake monthly travel (45 days) to key operational hubs/regional offices to engage with teams, assess ground-level organizational health, and ensure seamless alignment between HO and regional teams.
