The Operation Executive handles branch banking operation ,cash receipts and payments, verifies customer transactions, balances daily cash, maintains branch records, and ensures adherence to RBI and internal banking guidelines. The role also supports customers with routine banking services and operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Branch banking operation , KYC verification, documentation
- Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and cash payments
- Balance teller cash and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation
- Verify cheques, signatures, and customer documents

- Maintain cash vault limits and cash movement records
- Process DD, NEFT/RTGS, account servicing, and operational requests
- Ensure KYC, audit, and regulatory compliance
- Resolve customer transaction queries and provide branch support
