AI Agent Force Developer

About Position:

We are seeking an AI Agent force Developer with experience designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise across Apex, LWC, Flows, Data Cloud, AI models, Prompt Engineering, Agent Builder, and Agentforce DX to create intelligent CRM solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Support functions.

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop AI-powered autonomous agents using Agentforce, Agent Script, Agent Builder, and Agentforce DX.
• Build intelligent, action-driven agents capable of executing CRM tasks across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Support functions.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP-based web services.

• Analyze business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Support code versioning, documentation, CI/CD processes, data governance, and platform consistency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical peers to convert manual processes into automation.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience implementing and developing Salesforce custom solutions.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce-supported technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Engineering, AI models, and Agentforce DX.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general web development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, scalability, governor limits, and best practices.
• Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.
