Full Stack Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 8-12 years of experience to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong expertise in ReactJS for frontend development and PostgreSQL as the primary database, along with solid exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, technical depth, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop scalable web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs with strong PostgreSQL data modeling
• Optimize application performance across frontend and database layers
• Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-based deployments
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end solution delivery
• Take ownership of modules from development to deployment and maintenance

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 8-12 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in ReactJS including modern hooks and state management
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL including schema design, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI
• Strong proficiency in Git-based version control systems
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
