Senior AI Agent Developer

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Agent Developer with 8-12 years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Generative AI, Azure AI services, and intelligent agent development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Copilot-style AI agents using Python, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and advanced LLM technologies.

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade AI agents using Python and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build intelligent Copilot-style assistants for business workflows including ticketing, process automation, knowledge management, customer support, and operational excellence.
• Architect and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design sophisticated prompt engineering frameworks and agent orchestration patterns.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Lead AI solution architecture, scalability planning, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, security, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement mechanisms for AI systems.
• Optimize AI workloads for performance, reliability, scalability, and operational cost management.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and transformation opportunities.
• Drive proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on AI engineering best practices.
• Define reusable frameworks, accelerators, templates, and standards for AI agent development.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and LLM ecosystems.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python application development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI agent solutions.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Experience working with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies such as Azure AI Search and FAISS.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with REST APIs, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, compliance, security, and risk management.
• Experience deploying and managing AI applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with AI observability, model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Strong data handling, preprocessing, and information retrieval expertise.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and customer engagements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile and product-driven engineering environments.
