About Position:

The Application Developer IV will support AI initiatives and contribute as a key developer in establishing an AI foundation. The role requires strong software development experience, practical AI and machine learning knowledge, and the ability to translate AI-focused requirements into scalable application capabilities.

What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, and enhance software applications that support AI initiatives and foundational AI capabilities.
• Work as a key contributor in establishing and improving the AI foundation for the platform or program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements for AI-driven solutions.
• Build reliable, maintainable, and scalable application components aligned with software engineering standards.
• Support integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
• 
  Participate in testing, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 7 to 10 years of relevant application development or software engineering experience.
• Strong background in software development and solution implementation.
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, use cases, and implementation patterns.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives or foundational platform capabilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and convert requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
