Inside Sales Executive

Phantom Healthcare is a global leader specializing in refurbished MRI Scanners, CT Scanners, PET-CT Scanners, and Cath-Labs. We offer sales, services, comprehensive maintenance contract plans, spare parts, repairs, and equipment upgrades. Our focus is on providing the highest uptime for radiology medical equipment, ensuring optimal quality at an affordable price. We also purchase old machines, contributing to the sustainability of medical technology.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Faridabad. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting sales calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
