Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications integrating AI/ML models into real-world pharma workflows (e.g., call planning, HCP engagement, territory optimization).

• Build responsive frontends (React/Angular) and scalable backends (Node.js/Python/Django) that consume AI APIs and serve real-time analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize LLMs, NLP pipelines, and recommendation engines into user-facing features with audit trails and compliance guardrails.
• Integrate with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, e-detailing platforms) via REST/gRPC APIs and ensure secure, GDPR/Pharma-compliant data handling.
• Optimize application performance for low-latency decision-making in offline/online hybrid environments across tier-2/3 cities.
• Lead QA automation, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring for high-availability SaaS deployments in cloud-native (AWS/Azure) or on-prem setups.
