Role Overview

• We are looking for a Product Integration Engineer I to join our Implementation team. In this
• role, you will enable smooth, scalable integrations of Phenom products into customer
• environments and act as a key technical partner throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• • Work closely with the Implementation team to understand client requirements and
• design integration solutions
• • - Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools to facilitate smooth integration of
• our products with client systems
• • - Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise during the
• implementation process
• • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and
• Engineering, to ensure seamless integration of new product features
• • - Provide technical support to clients during the integration process and post-
• implementation
• • - Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use
• our integration tools
• • - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration to continuously
• improve our processes and tools.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or

equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in software integration, preferably in a customer-facing role
• - Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques
• - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• - Need to have mongo DB knowledge.
• - Experience with integration tools such Apache Nifi,MuleSoft.
• - React Js, Java Script, HTML, CSS.
• - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
