Your role:
The technical strategy, roadmap, architecture, development, and evolution of the cloud platform.

• Translating business and product strategies into a scalable cloud platform and engineering roadmap.
• Defining platform capabilities, architectural principles, technology standards, and engineering priorities.
• Balancing near-term product delivery with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, resilience, and technical sustainability.
• Evaluating emerging cloud technologies and determining where adoption creates meaningful business or engineering value.
• Establishing a platform approach that enables reuse, interoperability, and efficient development across multiple products and solutions.
• Providing technical leadership across cloud architecture, application development, APIs, microservices, data services, integration, infrastructure, and platform engineering.
• Driving modern engineering practices including cloud-native architectures, infrastructure as code, automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and API-first development.
• Leading build-versus-buy and technology-selection decisions based on strategic, technical, financial, and operational considerations.
• Accountable for predictable delivery of cloud platform capabilities against agreed product and business priorities.
• Ensuring appropriate planning and management of scope, resources, dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.
• Partnering with product management to translate customer and business requirements into executable engineering plans.
• Continuously improving engineering productivity, development velocity, software quality, and time to market.
• Ensuring engineering teams have clear objectives, priorities, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience leading development of large-scale software platforms and cloud-based software products.
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple software engineering teams and engineering managers.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, data platforms, containerization, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience establishing CI/CD, DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, observability, and production operations practices.
• Demonstrated ability to make architecture and technology decisions involving complex technical and business tradeoffs.
• Strong understanding of software security, privacy, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing engineering budgets, capacity, vendors, and technology investments.

  Get Hired
  Proven ability to lead complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, organizational, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in multinational and cross‑functional organizations, especially India, Europe, and the US.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device is a plus but not mandatory

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
