• About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to take full ownership of the financial operations and management of all our branches across India. This is a strategic leadership role requiring expertise in financial management, understanding of IPO process, compliance, taxation, and multi-branch financial oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience, particularly in financial strategy, and compliance with regulatory authorities like, RBI, and the Income Tax Department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Management

• Oversee and manage the financial health of all company branches across India.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, risk management plans, and cost-optimization measures.
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
• Maintain cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies for business growth.

3. Financial Reporting & Audit

• Supervise the preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Conduct internal financial audits and liaise with external auditors for statutory audits.
• Oversee tax filings, GST compliance, and corporate tax planning for all branches.

4. Multi-Branch Financial Operations

• Develop financial policies and systems to ensure uniformity across all branches.
• Monitor and control branch-wise financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead financial risk management strategies, ensuring financial stability across all locations.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals across multiple locations.
• Implement best practices in financial reporting, cost control, and internal controls.
• Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and multi-branch financial management
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, Ind AS, IFRS, and corporate financial regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial modeling tools.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experienced in company registration,
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• ? Experience in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, or investment banking.
• ? Background in financial restructuring and risk management.
• ? Strong understanding of RBI guidelines, FDI policies, and corporate governance.
