• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm
• CI/CD & DevOps Tools: CI/CD
• Programming/Scripting Languages: Python
• AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI software components, and chatbot frameworks
