Position: Specialist Software Engineer – Techno Functional Consultant / Business Analyst)

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across Finance modules along with the ability to analyze business requirements, support implementations, and work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work on PeopleSoft FSCM modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing (PO), Asset Management (AM), and Travel & Expense (TE).
• Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional/technical specifications.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and managed service projects.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Create test scenarios, execute testing, and support UAT activities.
• Interact with business users and provide functional solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Ensure smooth delivery and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of Functional or Techno-Functional experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 8.x / 9.x.
• Experience in modules such as GL, AP, AR, PO, AM, and TE.
• At least one end-to-end implementation experience.
• Strong Finance and Accounting process knowledge.
• Good knowledge of SQL Queries and PS Queries.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, fit-gap analysis, and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Cash Management Module experience.
• Experience in Managed Services projects.
• Exposure to SDLC methodologies.
