Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about PhysicsWallah courses, batches, and learning programs.
  
• Understand student requirements and recommend the most suitable academic solutions.
  
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
  
• Convert counselling interactions into enrolments while maintaining ethical practices.
  
• Maintain accurate student data, counselling records, and follow-up details.
  
  
  
• Coordinate with academic, operations, and sales teams for smooth onboarding.
  
• Resolve basic queries related to fees, batches, schedules, and course structure.
  
• Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
  
• 13 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, or ed-tech (freshers may be considered).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
  
• Comfortable working with targets and counselling metrics.
  
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
  
• Local language proficiency is an added advantage.
