Reports To:Academic Coordinator / Principal

• PGT Psychology
• Any other senior school subject as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons as per CBSE curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments
• Assess students progress through tests, classwork, and projects
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance reports
• Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment
• Provide academic support and guidance to students
• Coordinate and participate in school events, competitions, and meetings
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods
• Ensure completion of syllabus on time
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degreein the relevant subject
• B.Ed is mandatory
• Minimum 4-9yearsof teaching experience (CBSE school preferred)
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to use digital tools and smart-class technology
• Passion for teaching and student development
