Role Overview

• We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to support our non-technical hiring team.
• The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and support the day-to-day recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, documentation, recruitment trackers and post-offer engagement.
• The role may also provide an opportunity to independently manage selected entry-level positions, smaller hiring cohorts or specific business requirements.
• In addition, the intern will contribute to projects related to recruitment automation, data analytics or employer branding, based on their skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination and Candidate Management

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and interview panels.
• Manage interview confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and candidate follow-ups.
• Follow up with interviewers for timely feedback and next steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Support offer documentation, candidate documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Engage with offered candidates and maintain regular communication until joining.
• Highlight candidate concerns, delays or potential joining risks to the TA Partner.

Recruitment Support

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and internal databases.
• 
  Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions for assigned roles.
• Support the TA Partner in managing hiring requirements across different business teams.
• Independently handle selected entry-level roles or smaller hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.

TA Projects and Process Improvement

Depending on the candidates skills and interests, the intern may also support:

• Recruitment automation using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Power Automate or similar platforms.
• Creation of recruitment trackers, reports or dashboards using Excel, Power BI or related tools.
• Improvement of recruitment templates, candidate communication and hiring processes.
• Creation of hiring-related content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.
• Employer-branding campaigns, hiring announcements and recruitment communication.

About You

• Interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communicator with a professional and candidate-friendly approach.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable following up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple interviews, candidates and activities simultaneously.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Willing to learn, take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.

Exposure to any one of the following areas will be an added advantage:

• ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools
• Power BI, Power Automate or advanced Excel
• Canva or other content-creation tools

Expertise across all these areas is not required. We are looking for someone who brings strength or genuine hands-on interest in at least one area.
