Project Leader

• Serving as the central point of contact between the CTO and the IT team to translate high-level directives into actionable tasks.
• Identifying and proactively removing obstacles that may hinder project progress or team efficiency.
• Organizing and managing workflows to ensure alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Monitoring project progress and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Preparing and delivering insightful presentations and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Providing strategic input on team structure, resource planning, and delivery processes.
• Cultivating a high-performance team culture emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Utilizing MS Excel for tracking, data analysis, and reporting to support project decisions.
• Communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications required for this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or related engineering fields OR MBA with a background in technology or operations management.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or team leadership in an IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech-driven organization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
