As Product Manager – Sendtech, you will be part of the global leadership team for Sendtech and the incumbent will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and product roadmap for a set of new market opportunities for Sendtech products of Pitney Bowes. In this role, experience as a product thought-leader and practitioner is greatly valued. The candidate would be involved in enable selection expansion and identifying improvements to our offering to drive business impact (through improved customer experience and cost reduction in operational processes).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales/Client Success teams to set up Customer Advisory Board across Portfolio to deepen relationships with Top enterprise accounts, increase awareness of our product offerings, seek feedback on Product strategy and Roadmap, Understand Product usage, co-create innovative solutions for broader market challenges.
• Run Quarterly Roadmap meetings with Cross -functional teams across Portfolio to ensure sales has accurate information on product roadmap, offer opportunity to influence roadmap based on potential revenue and client needs.
• Plan and Conduct Epic Meetings to make sure all key Epics across Digital Portfolio are reviewed by key stakeholders and SME before Engineering executes the Epic.
• Run Weekly PM/Eng Huddle Meetings to review progress of Quarterly Roadmap Deliveries including Retrospective Learnings.
• Ensure adoption of PM Tools (AHA), Agile Methodologies, Best Practices to bring efficiency in PM Activities and Roadmap execution. Make sure requirements are well documented in AHA and Data is up to date and of high Quality for reporting purposes including IPMT Roadmap Review. Maintain Centralized Product collaterals including Competitive Documentation and Sales Battlecards in AHA.
• Work closely with Engineering process governance team for Quality and Agile metrics reporting.
• Make sure cross-functional teams are enabled (Hands on Training, Documentation) on all key capabilities released across portfolio and thus ensure product success.
• Collaborate with Marketing to Launch and Manage Sendtech Digital Customer Community for PLG – Drive engagement, launch features, exchange ideas

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline education from reputed college/university.
• 10-12 years of experience in developing and delivering products from mature product companies or high-end startups.
• Product management experience along with technical understanding of SaaS based product Development using Agile metholodigies.
• Must be able to connect product capabilities and features to top line or bottom-line goals and should be able to defend the same to senior management teams.
• Well versed with business research methodologies.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced business environment.
