About the Role:

• We are looking for an AI - First Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale a key business category at PlanetSpark.
• You will operate like a mini - CEO for your category - owning growth, revenue, CAC, ROAS, funnel performance, and profitability.
• This is a high - ownership role where you will work closely with the Founders and senior leadership to identify opportunities, run experiments, and drive measurable growth.

What You will Do:

• Own Revenue, CAC, ROAS, Leads, Demos, Conversion and Contribution Margin.
• Plan and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube and new channels.
• Own the full funnel - Ad - Lead - Demo - Conversion - Revenue.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, funnels and campaigns.
• Work with Creative, Product and Sales teams to improve growth.
• Use AI every day for research, analysis, creative ideation, copy, campaign optimization, reporting and automation.
• Build AI - powered workflows and experiments to make marketing faster and more effective.
• Find new growth opportunities and turn insights into action.

What We are Looking For:

• 4 - 7 years of hands - on Performance/Growth Marketing experience.
• B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier - 1 engineering institute - IIT, NIT, BITS, DTU, NSUT or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and paid acquisition.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels and profitability.
• Highly analytical and comfortable with numbers and large budgets.
• Strong hands - on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI tools.
• Someone who thinks AI - first, moves fast, experiments constantly and takes complete ownership.
