Fit-Out Manager – Hospital Construction Projects

:Our client is a globally renowned healthcare provider.We are recruiting an experienced UAE-based Fit-Out Manager with deep expertise in healthcare construction to lead hospital fit-out projects from design to handover.The role is accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Role Summary

• Lead hospital fit-out projects from design to handover, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and healthcare standards.

• Supervise contractors’ work across ID, civil, structural, and MEP packages, enforcing quality, safety, and compliance.

• Coordinate with developers, authorities, consultants, and contractors to resolve regulatory and project issues.

• Manage variations, value engineering, and risk, advising management on cost/time impacts and corrective measures.

• Track programme, procurement, cash flow, and manpower to keep projects on schedule.

• Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, materials, and payment applications.

• Drive reporting, HSE compliance, commissioning, close-out, and handover processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in commercial fit-out projects, including 3+ years in healthcare, with a proven track record delivering large-scale hospital fit-outs covering inspection, supervision, MEP coordination, finishes, and medical equipment integration.

• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills with commercial acumen in cost, contract, and risk management.

• Detail-oriented and compliance-focused, with experience managing fast-track healthcare projects.

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations in healthcare construction.

• Valid UAE driving license.

Education & Certification

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Project Management certification preferred.
