Customer Service Manager

Basic requirements:

• higher education;
• experience in sales - from 3 years. Experience in the field of auto parts will be a significant advantage;
• knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry and auto parts market;
• strong communication skills;
• proficiency in English (B2) and preferably Russian;
• experienced user of office programs;
• experience in the 1c system will be an advantage.

Job descriptions:

• monthly fulfilment of the sales plan;
• search and activation of potential customers;
• work with the current database, work on increasing the customer purchase receipt;
• making calls, consulting and full customer support;
• the ability to conduct a dialogue and set up communication;
• providing regular reports to management;
• interaction with all related departments of the company.
