• Manage and maintain the schools IT and network infrastructure across multiple campuses.
• Configure, monitor, and secure firewall systems to ensure safe and reliable network operations.
• Implement, manage, and monitor antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
• Administer CCTV and surveillance systems, ensuring effective campus-wide coverage and functionality.
• 
  Design, deploy, and maintain Wi-Fi and wireless networking solutions for school campuses.
• Manage mobile connectivity solutions and integration with school communication systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network switches, routers, and related hardware devices.
• Ensure data security, regular backups, and disaster recovery processes are effectively implemented.
• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure issues and resolve escalated technical concerns in a timely manner.
