Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barrackpur, West Bengal for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management strategies. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves working closely with leadership to support the companys strategic goals by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
