Product Management –

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer funnels and digital customer journeys, including conversion, drop-offs, engagement, and customer behavior.
• Translate business and customer requirements/problems into product requirements.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions.
• Work with SQL, Excel, APIs, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Support AI / Gen AI use cases and product initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive solutions.
• Support A/B testing and analyze results to improve product performance.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, APIs, and system integrations.
• Understanding of customer funnels and digital customer journeys.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
