Job Role- Sales Strategy Lead (Field Sales)
Level- Manager/ Senior Manger
About the Role:
We are looking for a street-smart, data-driven Sales Strategy Professional who understands the realities of on ground sales in India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field experience, strong operational understanding, and the ability to convert data insights into actionable growth strategies

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning & Strategy:
- Develop data-backed sales strategies to drive revenue, improve productivity, and strengthen market presence.
2. On-Ground Execution Support:
- Work closely with field sales teams to ensure alignment between strategy and ground reality.
- Conduct market visits to understand customer and sales team behaviour
- Identify operational bottlenecks and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly.
3. Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Track key sales metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
4. Process and Efficiency Improvements:
- Optimize sales processes using technology, automation, and data tools.
- Collaborate with product/tech teams to improve CRM usage, route optimisation tools, and app adoption.
- Design incentive programs based on performance data and market goals.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
What we are looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a field sales-driven environment (Quick Commerce, FMCG, ConsumerGoods),
- MBA from tier 1 institutes
- Street-smart mindset with the ability to adapt and get things done
- Ability to convert raw data into insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable with frequent market visits.
