Practicesuite - Implementation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new databases in PracticeSuite for healthcare providers (clients).
• Update, maintain, and ensure accuracy of CRM data.
• Manage HubSpot ticketing system - resolve client issues and address new requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments and clients via email to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Generate and publish monthly usage reports for accounting and internal review purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the US Medical Billing domain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and data management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
