Users can both consume and share news, creating a community-driven flow of real-time local updates. Praja App aims to ensure that community members never miss important events or developments in their neighborhood. Role :Accountant (3–5 Years Experience)

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About the Role:

Were looking for a skilled Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Accounting & Bookkeeping
• General Ledger (GL) Management & Journal Entries
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bank, Vendor & Customer Reconciliations
• Vendor Invoice Verification & Payment Processing
• Employee Reimbursements
• GST, TDS, PT, PF & ESI Compliance
• Statutory Filings & Compliance Management
• Preparation of MIS Reports & Management Reports
• Preparation of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)
• Month-end & Year-end Closing Activities
• Audit Coordination (Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits)
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management
• Financial Analysis and Variance Reporting
• Maintaining Accurate Accounting Records & Documentation
• Ensuring Compliance with Internal Financial Controls

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant Accounting experience
• Mandatory: Software/IT Company experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, PF & ESI
• Experience in preparing MIS Reports and Financial Statements
• Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred), and ERP/Accounting Software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• B.Com/M.Com (CA Inter is an added advantage)

Prior accounting experience in a Software or IT company is mandatory
