Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Meerut. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of insurance advisors, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting targeted business objectives. The role requires fostering strong defence/paramilitary forces client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending relevant insurance products. Additionally, the Sales Manager will provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and improve performance. Regular reporting and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including coaching and mentoring experience
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and suggest tailored insurance solutions
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory guidelines
  • A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial or insurance sector is an added advantage
