Field Service Engineer

What role you will play in team: You will provide on-site technical support and maintenance to our clients' equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

What you will do: You will travel to various client sites to diagnose and repair equipment issues, providing timely and efficient service.

Key responsibility:

• Diagnose and repair complex machinery and equipment at client sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
• Manage your own schedule and travel arrangements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in field service or maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
