Assistant Vice President/Deputy Vice President/Vice President - Finance & AccountS

Eligibility:

• CA (Qualified) or MBA.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (BFSI).
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Prior experience leading and managing finance teams is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial accounting, monthly/annual closing, and preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits while strengthening internal financial controls.
• Oversee costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders on financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
