Assistant Vice President/Senior Manager - SME Partnerships - BFSI

We're Hiring | AVP/ Senior Manager - SME Partnerships Leading Financial Services Firm

• Location: Mumbai | Travel across India
• Experience: 3 - 10 Years
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Finance/Marketing) / CA
• Working days: 5 Days (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and onboard new lending partners
• Manage co-lending and business sourcing partnerships
• Drive monthly disbursement, AUM and revenue targets
• Manage partner relationships and improve wallet share
• Monitor portfolio quality, DPDs and partner performance
• Negotiate commercials, payouts, SLAs and partnership terms
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Product and Technology
• Drive API/LOS integrations and improve TAT
• Ensure adherence to RBI, KYC/AML and Digital Lending guidelines

Key Requirements:

• 3 - 10 years of experience in SME/MSME Lending - Bank/NBFC/Fintech
• Minimum 1 year in Partnerships / Co-lending
• Strong understanding of SME Loans, LAP, Working Capital and Supply Chain Finance
• Proven track record in achieving business/disbursement targets
• Strong partner management, negotiation and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel
