Hiring - AGM / GM - HR

• Function: Corporate HR + Plant HR
• We are looking for an experienced AGM / GM - HR to lead both Corporate HR and Plant HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR & Administration for Corporate Office and Plant operations.
• Manage HR strategy, manpower planning, recruitment, payroll and performance management.
• Drive Industrial Relations, employee engagement, grievance handling and contract labour management.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, PT, Factory Act and statutory requirements.
• Manage KRA/KPI, training & development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle HR budgeting, policies, incentives and organizational development.
• Manage government liaison, statutory inspections and audits.
• Partner with business and functional heads for effective people management and workforce planning.

Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years of experience in HR, preferably from the Manufacturing sector.
• Strong experience managing both Corporate HR and Plant HR.
• Hands-on exposure to IR, Labour Compliance, Plant HR and HR Operations.
• Suitable for AGM / GM - HR level.
