Manager - Finance & Accounts - Retail/FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital and overall financial health.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate statutory filings and work closely with auditors and external stakeholders.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial processes & risk management frameworks.
• Provide senior management with financial insights, business analysis and trend reports for strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, profitability improvement and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure effective utilization of financial/accounting software and reporting tools.

Ideal Candidate:

• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting & cash flow management
• Hands-on experience with GST, Income Tax & statutory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail, distribution, trading or FMCG will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
