Job Description
- Monitor day-to-day facility maintenance and operations, including housekeeping and landscaping, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues with the Building Supervisor.
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to ensure optimal resource utilization and smooth facility operations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to approved expenditure.
- Maintain regular client interactions to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve facility efficiency through regular training, appropriate housekeeping equipment, manpower optimization, employee cost reduction, and energy conservation.
- Engage with clients to drive housekeeping initiatives, emphasizing proactive cleaning, preventive maintenance, and the upkeep of assets and common areas.
- Ensure the timely availability of tools, equipment, and materials by coordinating indenting processes and facilitating the timely release of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Plan and conduct weekly, fortnightly, and monthly training programs for building staff to enhance operational efficiency and service standards.
- Ensure adherence to the Quality Policy and achieve 100% compliance with audit requirements under the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Develop, implement, and periodically review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in facility operations.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Managers or Senior Authorities.
