As an EPM - ARCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools. Your ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations will be crucial in helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process analysis to enhance financial planning and analysis processes
- Developing and maintaining performance reports and key performance indicators to track and improve client outcomes
- Conducting process root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues in financial management systems
- Supporting enterprise integration and organizational restructuring efforts to improve financial and operational performance
- Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for informed decision-making
- Excelling in financial planning and forecasting techniques
- Managing performance assessment and management software effectively
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
