As a Lead Payroll Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, working within our Business Application Consulting practice. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their strategic objectives through the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to optimize client human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored HCM software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in business process improvement and change management initiatives
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle SQL Developer for data analysis and reporting
- Overseeing the development of workforce analytics and talent management strategies
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines in deliverables
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Payroll
- Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
- Managing complex projects with a focus on Human Resources Transformation
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
