As a Senior Associate in HCM-Learning Management, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, navigating complex situations, and growing your personal brand. You will leverage your skills to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow and enhance your strengths.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle SQL Developer for data analysis and reporting
- Managing project budgeting and timelines to deliver solutions that align with client strategic objectives
- Applying analytical thinking and business process improvement techniques to identify opportunities for efficiency
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver quality service
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for human resources transformation initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Navigating complex client engagements with Oracle Human Capital Management solutions
- Developing business process improvements in Human Resources consulting
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for project management
- Embracing change management strategies in organizational development
- Interpreting data to inform workforce analytics and planning
