As a RCMS -Hospital Billing, AR Calling-Director you will lead operations consulting work within our Operations Consulting practice, focusing on hospital billing and accounts receivable calling support that helps clients improve revenue cycle performance, process flow, and operational effectiveness. As a Director you will set strategic direction, guide business development, and lead executive client relationships while shaping solutions, mentoring future leaders, and driving change across multiple client engagements. In this role at PwC, you will bring together operational insight, client service acumen, and a commercial mindset to develop practical approaches that improve productivity, support process automation, and strengthen how revenue cycle work is delivered.
Responsibilities
- Leads all aspects of delivery on multiple engagements. Develops and sustains proactively strategic client relationships, establishing and confirming client satisfaction of services
- Brings transition management experience and fundamental knowledge in support/service management
- Analyzes data to identify and communicate trends to Managers and Clients
- Leading hospital billing and accounts receivable calling efforts for revenue cycle managed services engagements
- Directing operational reviews to identify billing delays, claim follow-up gaps, and collection barriers
- Developing and implementing process improvements that streamline denial resolution and accelerate cash flow
- Analyzing account activity, payer trends, and billing data to guide action plans and prioritize work
- Coordinating client-facing discussions on revenue cycle issues, service expectations, and issue resolution
- Overseeing call workflows, work queues, and productivity metrics across multiple client assignments
- Applying automation solutions and digital tooling to improve billing operations and support delivery efficiency
- Guiding teams in the use of process mapping, operational analysis, and service operations methods
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen revenue cycle performance, reduce rework, and improve operational consistency
- Supporting business growth by shaping service offerings and advancing client relationships in the healthcare revenue cycle space
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in finance or Any Graduate
- At least 17-20 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Consistently meets or exceeds established department standards including quality, attendance, and deadlines; and Adheres to the HIPAA privacy and security regulations
