Crafto is a platform that inspires and motivates users with daily doses of wisdom, inspiration, and thought-provoking quotes in regional languages. Our platform allows users to share their favourite status, discover new ones and add their photo, name and other details to the status.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Creator Manager to lead our network of content creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing creators who produce quality, culturally relevant content for our app. You will work closely with creators to ensure consistency in content quality and alignment with Crafto’s voice, vision, and audience expectations.

● Onboarding & Training: Identify and onboard content creators for Tamil. Ensure they are aligned with Crafto’s content guidelines and audience liking.

● Content Quality & Consistency: Monitor and evaluate creator output, ensuring high-quality, unique, and engaging content for each target audience.

● Project Management: Oversee content production timelines, ensuring creators meet deadlines and deliver content that matches the app’s standards.

● Motivation & Retention: Develop and implement programs to keep creators motivated, engaged, and inspired to produce innovative content. Create opportunities for recognition and growth within the creator community.

● Performance Analysis: Track and analyze creator performance using KPIs, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

● Community Building: Foster a collaborative and positive relationship among creators to enhance teamwork, idea-sharing, and alignment with Crafto’s mission.

● Growth Strategy: Collaborate with content and product teams to explore new content ideas, seasonal themes, and campaigns that will attract and retain users.

● Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in content creation, community management, or creator management, preferably in a content-driven digital platform.

● Strong understanding of Tamil language, cultures, and content preferences in these regions.

● Excellent project management skills with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

● Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain long-term relationships with creators.

● Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics related to content engagement.

● Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively communicate with creators and team members.

● Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and relevant content.
