You will play a meaningful role in ensuring our products exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Refine and prepare planned releases, including backlog grooming, prioritizing, and ensuring business priorities are adequately represented. Contribute to crafting the product vision, roadmap, and content presentations

• Validation: Ensure that stories meet acceptance criteria and achieve the desired customer outcomes

• Sprint Planning: Review and prioritize the backlog, coordinate content dependencies, and act as a source for user story detail and priorities. Accept the final sprint plan.

• Story Definition: Involved in story definition, providing clarification to assist with story estimates, sprint loading, sequencing, and drafting specific objectives.

• Backlog Refinement: Build, refine, and maintain team backlog with input from collaborators. Prioritize backlog items based on user value, time, and team dependencies.

• Communicate and gather feedback from customers or users on delivered work. Share this feedback with the team. Participate in team retrospectives to support continuous improvement.

• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in the financial services domain.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst is an advantage.
• Understanding of Product Management Concepts and responsibilities of a Product Owner within an agile setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management /Retirement sector and complete process flow within the domain.
• Experience in backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Experience working in agile teams at the scrum level with involvement in scrum planning.
• Experience in Business and IT collaborator Management.
