Role Description The Presales Support Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for driving presales activities that support Pro Ultimates fitness solutions and services. This role manages the end-to-end presales process, including understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and aligning solution offerings with customer needs. The Presales Support Manager collaborates closely with sales, product, and operations teams to design tailored solutions, support franchise and gym setup proposals, and ensure accurate scoping of projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining presales documentation, responding to RFPs and RFQs, tracking presales pipeline activities, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. The role also involves guiding prospects through technical and business discussions, ensuring smooth handover to the delivery teams, and contributing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong presales and sales skills, with experience supporting business development activities and converting leads into opportunities.
• Solution architecture capabilities to understand client requirements and design suitable fitness ecosystem solutions, including equipment, software, and services.
• Project management skills to coordinate presales initiatives, track progress, manage timelines, and ensure accurate handovers to implementation teams.
• Product management awareness to collaborate with product teams, provide market feedback, and support positioning of Pro Ultimates offerings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical and business concepts clearly.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to requirements gathering and solution design.
• Prior experience in fitness, technology, SaaS, or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; relevant presales or sales certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
