Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for driving revenue growth across Pro Ultimates fitness ecosystem offerings. In this position, the Sales Manager develops and executes sales strategies, manages the sales pipeline, and builds strong relationships with gym owners, franchise partners, fitness professionals, and institutional clients. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance metrics, preparing forecasts and reports, providing input on market trends, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes. The Sales Manager is expected to mentor team members, maintain high standards of customer service, and represent the Pro Ultimate brand professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Experience in account management and client relationship building, preferably within fitness, wellness, or related industries.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools, with comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting.
• Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets consistently.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring sales teams is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a plus.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry, franchise business models, or gym equipment solutions is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required for client visits, events, and partner meetings.
