What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our brokerage team, responsible for placing commercial insurance policies for our clients.

Key responsibility:

• Consult with clients to understand their commercial insurance needs.
• Develop insurance programs to meet client's needs and budget.
• Prepare proposals and present them to clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Manage and maintain client accounts.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, insurance).
• Proven experience in commercial lines insurance brokerage.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
