General Insurance Sales Representative

What role you will play in team: You will be the face of Probus, building relationships with clients and selling our range of general insurance products.

What you will do: You will identify potential clients, present our insurance solutions, and close deals, contributing directly to the company's sales targets.

Key responsibility:

• Prospecting and generating leads for general insurance products.
• Meeting and consulting with potential clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Presenting and selling a range of general insurance products, including motor, health, and home insurance.
• Preparing insurance proposals and completing all necessary documentation.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving client queries.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the general insurance market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
